Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the https://quantumhostingservers.com.ng/ website and hosting services (the "Service") operated by Quantum Hosting Servers ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Account Provisioning and Setup

By registering for our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact and billing details. Account setup will be processed automatically upon validation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or modify services at our sole discretion.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized activity, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting, distributing, or linking to copyright-infringing content, pirated software, or unlicensed media.
  • Distributing malware, trojans, viruses, or hosting phishing sites.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email ("SPAM") or setting up open email relays.
  • Participating in network attacks (DDoS/DoS) or scanning external networks without authorization.

Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

3. Resource Allocation and Limits

Shared hosting accounts must not exceed reasonable CPU, memory, database connection, or disk I/O usage limits. Accounts utilizing excessive server resources that degrade the performance of other users will be temporarily suspended or throttled until the issue is resolved.

4. Invoicing, Payments, and Suspensions

  • Invoicing: Invoices are generated 14 days before their due date. Recurring payments will be automatically billed via your active payment gateway.
  • Grace Period & Suspension: Accounts with unpaid invoices 5 days past the due date will be automatically suspended.
  • Termination: Accounts that remain suspended for 30 consecutive days will be terminated, resulting in complete deletion of all hosting data, databases, and backup files.

5. Service Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee a 99.9% network uptime for our hosting servers. This guarantee excludes scheduled server maintenance (notified 24 hours in advance) and issues outside our direct control, such as global DNS propagation delays, ISP issues, or upstream network failures.

6. Limitation of Liability

Quantum Hosting Servers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from database corruption, server failures, data loss, or temporary downtime. Clients are highly encouraged to maintain separate, independent backups of their files and databases.
